Hi there! My name is Daria, and I’m in love with Spanish language.

We met many years ago when I went to school where they started teaching us Spanish and English from the very first year. I remember very well the name of my first teacher, Don Luis. I must confess it wasn't love at first sight. We need time to get used to each other and to open our hearts. I graduated from the Spanish Department of the Herzen State Pedagogical University in St. Petersburg where I had the opportunity to learn from the best Hispanists in Russia. It was then that I also received the DELE diploma (Diploma de Español como Lengua Extranjera).

I visited Spain first in 2007. Even though I already had a lot of experience and the best conditions to practice the language I was very, very afraid to SPEAK. And that's why I understand perfectly well those who are afraid to speak a language. I’m going to tell you: Courage! It's going to be allright!

Now, teaching and Spanish are two inalienable parts of me. Giving lessons is my passion. I worked in college and university and, of course, I give private lessons. It’s an amazing feeling when your students succeed. I am inspired by people who aspire to know new things.

I believe that there is no ideal method of learning or teaching, just as there are no ideals of beauty. It all depends on a successful combination of small elements, which is the basis of my classes.
