Tip#1: Listen to the radio


Listen to the radio. If it is important to you to understand both American and British accents, you can combine (vary) radio stations of both countries. You can find American radio station here. A traditional English speech is available at BBC World Service. For an advanced level it’s better to listen to BBC Radio4.

Tip#2: Listen to any other online short stories and make scripts. You can use the following links:

 

 

Tip#3: Watch the movies in the language that you are learning.


Here are some examples for Engilsh, though it's appropriate for Chinese as well:

  • Download any movie you’d like to watch from file share networks
  • Use DVDs
  • You can surf for some movies at www.vk.com или www.myspace.com
  • Free old movies are here.
