I’m Debbie and I’m from Australia. My passion is teaching English, which I’ve been doing for 30 years!

Everyone has different goals when they start their lessons. I’ve helped students pass exams like the FCE, CAE,CPE, OET,IELTS, GMAT, GRE and others and have watched them grow and move on to follow their dreams because of their success. Other students have wanted to learn or refine their English for professional reasons, whether that has been to expand their own business, to be promoted within the company they work for, to pass an interview, or simply to grow as a professional. There have also been students that simply love to learn new languages or learn a language in order to feel comfortable when travelling. Younger students, who have been bubbly and happy when learning and students who want to read books or watch films and discuss them in detail. It has always been exciting for me to begin each unique journey.


I try to make each lesson interesting and fun, and I never allow students to leave with what I call ‘a question mark’. If they have a question or are confused about something, I want them to ask.

My students’ goals are my goals. As Alexander the Great once said, ‘There is nothing impossible to him who will try.’ So, what are you waiting for?
